The Complaints Book is a requirement provided by the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code. It is a physical or virtual document that commercial services providers must have in order to give consumers the possibility of filing complaints and claims. Its scope is all persons who carry out economic activities in commercial establishments open to the public. The Complaint Form is recorded in the Complaints Book, in which the consumer will detail his or her concern as a COMPLAINT (related to products and services delivered to the consumer) or as a CLAIM (for any other reason).
